Bot Name | Enter the desired name for your bot. It will be displayed to users during interactions and Main name for chatbot |
Call to Action | CTA text just beside the Chatbot icon |
Chat background color | Select the background color of the chatbot |
Chat Text Color | Text color for the chatbot |
Hide CTA Chat Bubble | Hides the CTA tect beside chatbot icon on website |
Chat Bubble Background Color | Back ground Color for CTA Text |
Chat Bubble Text Color | Color for CTA Text |
Theme | Chatbot theme, Preview the bot for better understanding |
Window Size | How big your window should be |
Window Position | Where you want to show bot on your website |
Saving Changes
Once you have configured all the settings according to your requirements, click the "Save Changes" button to apply the changes. The bot will update its setting after some time ones cache is removed.
Use Invalidate Cache
option to make changes live right away.
