Groups are an invaluable tool for executing marketing broadcast campaigns efficiently. They allow you to send messages to a selected group of customers all at once.
Accessing Groups:
Navigate to the "Groups" tab under the inbox section.
Viewing and Editing Groups:
In the Groups tab, you'll see a list of all your existing groups.
You can edit or delete groups as needed to maintain your lists.
Downloading Contacts:
From the actions column, you have the option to download all contacts of a specific group. This can be useful for further analysis or targeted communication.
Creating a New Group:
To create a new group, click on "Create Group."
Name your group accordingly to distinguish it from others.
Apply relevant filters to specify the criteria for this group.
Once filters are applied, proceed with the creation process.
Your new group will be created and ready for use in your marketing campaigns.
