To manage your ChatbotWorld subscription effectively, you can access the subscription panel from the side panel. This panel offers various tabs to help you navigate and control your subscription details:

Accessing the Subscription Panel

  1. Navigate to the ChatbotWorld application and locate the side panel.

  2. Click on the "Subscription" option to open the subscription panel.

Subscription Panel Tabs

Once you're in the subscription panel, you'll find several tabs to help you manage your subscription:

  1. Plan: Here, you can compare different subscription plans and make changes to your current plan.

  2. Add-on: Manage additional features or services you've added to your subscription.

  3. Current Plan: View details of your active subscription plan, including billing period, next renewal date, and more.

  4. Billing: Manage your billing preferences, including payment methods and invoice details.

  5. Invoices: Access and download your past invoices for reference.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Navigate to the "Plan" tab.

  2. Use the toggle to choose between monthly or yearly billing periods.

  3. Your active plan will be marked with a "Active Plan" tag.

  4. Compare available plans and click on "Upgrade Plan" for the desired plan.

  5. Review plan details and proceed to payment.

  6. Upon successful payment, your plan will be upgraded automatically.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. If you wish to downgrade your plan, navigate to the "Plan" tab.

  2. Choose the free plan or desired lower-tier plan.

  3. Click on "Change Plan" to submit the downgrade request.

  4. You can view the downgrade request in the "Current Plan" section.

  5. Please note, plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Viewing Current Plan Details

  1. Go to the "Current Plan" tab.

  2. You'll find a table displaying your active plans.

  3. Understand your plan details such as items, start date, renewal date, price, status, type, and limits.

Managing Billing Preferences

  1. Access the "Billing" tab.

  2. Edit your card details or invoice information if already added.

  3. If it's your first visit, add your payment and invoice details here.

Managing Invoices

  1. Head to the "Invoice" tab.

  2. You'll see a list of all your invoices.

  3. Click on the "download" icon to download any invoice for your records.
